All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or product launches).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days (extra fees apply).
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Jaden Flé is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience an issue, we recommend the following:
Delayed Package? Wait a few extra days, as carrier delays can occur. Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
Lost or Stolen Package? Check with neighbors or your local post office. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping Policies
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders due to customs processing.
If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can:
Reship the order (additional shipping fees apply).
Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
